What is the free website submission and how does it work? |
| |
The free website submission is a website submission to the hits2u free internet advertising program. The hits2u program has a network of over 2000 sites that will list your small text ad for free. It is not necessary to participate in the hits2u program in order to submit your website. However, if you do promote it this will lengthen your text advertisement in the network. |

Do you offer advertising on your site? |
| |
We offer a limited amount of banner advertising. We do not charge by the number of impressions, but rather we charge by the length of`time that your banner is displayed. You may purchase banner advertising in increments of 10 days or 1 month. We limit the amount of advertisers to make sure that your banner gets plenty of exposure. Our site receives tens of thousands of visitors on a monthly basis. Your banner will be equally displayed to those visitors. |

Why do you list or recommend specific sites? |

All of our links to other sites are for informational and educational purposes only based on our experience. We only list sites and links if we have personally tried and used the service and have experienced positive outcomes as a result. |

The process is simple. Review our packages and pick the one that best fits your advertising. Once your payment clears we will be in touch with you about the status of your advertising campaign. Some campaigns allow us to provide you with a log-in so that you can see the status of your campaign. Whenever this is available we will provide for you. |

Do your advertising packages provide real actual visitors? |

Yes, by all means. We stand by our advertising methods as we use the same methods for our own websites. Our quality and personal attention is what separates us from the others on the internet. We test our advertising methods on our own sites first and then only when we are certain of our techniques do we include them in our advertising packages. In addition, to keep your visitors unique we use our publishing network technology that tags and targets traffic. For most of our advertising packages the use of this technique means that the same visitor is not sent to your website page more than once in a 24 hour period or repeat visits are greatly reduced. |

How long does it take to deliver the traffic in your advertising packages? |

In most cases we will deliver your advertising traffic in 2 to 4 weeks. However, in some cases it may take longer than 4 weeks. In the case of our Unique Traffic Packages we deliver an extremely high volume of real traffic with unique visitors. This can sometimes take a lot longer than 4 weeks. If for any reason we are unable to deliver the traffic we will issue you a refund (on a pro rata basis) for the undelivered traffic. |

What if my website counter does not show the traffic from the purchased advertising campaign? |

There are many reasons why your website counter could be different from our traffic logs or the logs of our advertising network. For example, your server could be down or offline. Some sites use a proxy server which does not log the visit. Others cache database which shows a copy of your website but does not lead to your server logging the page view. There are also various other reasons while counts could be off. In the case of any dispute our traffic logs and our publishers traffic logs will serve as the official record. However, you can rest assured that our advertising network is extremely reliable. In addition, we use independent 3rd party providers to track our website delivery stats. This helps to maintain our quality and reassures our customers that they are getting what they paid for. |

What do you mean by "hand crafted" advertising? |
| |
In this context "handcrafted" means personal service. Our advertising packages use the resources of various advertisement networks and we do our submissions ourselves for each customer. We don't write a script and use that script to automatically send your ad to the networks. No we submit the advertisement ourselves and review the submission. In addition, for services requiring ads to be created, we take your information and complete the write up of the ad for your site ourselves to ensure only the highest quality of advertisement is submitted. |

Am I allowed to change my website once advertising begins? |
| |
Once your advertising campaign begins we are unable to change the website that you requested without us having to pay our full advertising costs to our publishers and networks. Therefore we do not allow our customers to change sites once a campaign has started. Please be certain of the website that you want to advertise before you purchase an advertising package. As always, please feel free to contact us if you need assistance in determining which site to advertise. |

What is your refund policy? |
| |
Once your advertising campaign begins we are unable to recover the funds submitted to our publishers and advertising network. Therefore we offer NO REFUNDS. However, if for any reason we are unable to deliver the traffic we will issue you a refund (on a pro rata basis) for the undelivered traffic. Please contact us if you need any explanation of this policy BEFORE you order to avoid unnecessary problems. |
