If you (the “Member”) change your website after your advertising campaign begins and it violates our terms and conditions your campaign will be DELETED and NO REFUND will be issued. |

| | d) The member/user agrees Bella Moon Accessories/www.webtraffic4all.com and associated publisher’s sites traffic statistics and site hits will serve as the official record and log of site hits and traffic served in conjunction with the use of our advertising service. By no means may a member/user use there own website counter, website server, or other means as the official record of traffic served. In case of any difference or discrepancy the count and/or record of Bella Moon Accessories/www.webtraffic4all.com will serve as the official log and record. |

| | e) In the unforeseen event that Bella Moon Accessories/www.webtraffic4all.com is unable to deliver the traffic ordered via one of our advertising packages we will refund your purchase on a pro-rata basis for traffic delivered. For example, if we were only able to deliver 50% of the site hits and traffic purchased we would refund 50% of your purchase. |

| | f) Bella Moon Accessories/www.webtraffic4all.com does not, can not, and will not in anyway guarantee sales and/or sign ups when the member/user purchases any of our advertising packages. The member/user agrees that sales and/or sign ups or the sole responsibility of the member/user and the member/user site. Bella Moon Accessories/www.webtraffic4all.com is not and cannot be held responsible or liable for any financial success or lack there of. Bella Moon Accessories/www.webtraffic4all.com will deliver the traffic and/or hits purchased or refund the member/user as described above on a pro-rata basis. |

| | g) The member/user agrees that once an advertising campaign/package begins it cannot be UNDONE as the publishers are paid. Therefore no refunds will be given once an advertising campaign/package begins. The member/user must agree to these terms BEFORE they sign up for, pay for, or use our advertising services. If there is a problem with your website, website server, website URL the member/user is responsible to correct the problem at the member/user site as quickly as possible as a refund still cannot be given. |

| | i) The member/user agrees that Bella Moon Accessories/www.webtraffic4all.com does NOT give refunds once an advertising campaign/package begins. An advertising campaign/package begins when we officially start the advertising campaign with our advertising network. It is NOT dependent upon the send, receipt or reading of an e-mail from Bella Moon Accessories/www.webtraffic4all.com indicating the start of a campaign. In case of a dispute the official start date and time of an advertising campaign/package will be determined solely by Bella Moon Accessories/www.webtraffic4all.com. |

| Chargeback Terms and Conditions |
| | The member/user agrees that if you initiate a chargeback with Bella Moon Accessories/www.webtraffic4all.com for the purchase of an advertising campaign/package or any other service after you have authorized the advertising purchase or service purchase (signified by submitting payment via our online payment process), you will be assessed a fee of $250 for service processing. You will be charged a $30 fee for each occurrence of any payment processor fee caused by initiating the charge back. In addition, you will be charged the amount of your charge back. DO NOT CHARGE BACK Bella Moon Accessories/www.webtraffic4all.com for any reason. It is not necessary simply contact us.
Bella Moon Accessories/www.webtraffic4all.com must spend hours to service and process a chargeback response. Should we lose the merchant response and rebuttal our company attorney will initiate a law suit to recover our financial loss. This law suit will be for the total fees (including attorney costs) which will be well over $1000. In addition you will be required to appear in court in Northern California to resolve this law suit. If we win the law suit we will sell your judgment to the consumer credit agencies impacting your credit rating. If our attorney determines you filed a fraud claim against us without proof we may elect to file criminal charges as well. In years of business both online and offline our company has not had to file many law suits but we win the ones that we do, because we do honest business and keep meticulous records.
Bella Moon Accessories/www.webtraffic4all does not like to include this information on our website but unfortunately there are some dishonest people who use the internet to try and defraud honest people working hard to make a living. Therefore we have developed (with the assistance of our attorney) an effective method to combat this internet fraud perpetrated by a few dishonest people.
Please do not attempt a credit card charge back a simple contact will resolve most issues very quickly. If you suspect fraud by someone else please submit a contact form ASAP. |

| Modifications and Interruption to Service |

Member acknowledges and accepts that Bella Moon Accessories does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control. |

You agree that this Advertising Services Terms of Use Agreement and any other agreements referenced herein may be assigned by Bella Moon Accessories, in our sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition. This Advertising Services Terms of Use Agreement shall apply in addition to, and shall not be superseded by, any other written agreement between us in relation to your participation as a Member. Member agrees that by accepting this Advertising Services Terms of Use Agreement, Member is consenting to the use and disclosure of their personally identifiable information and other practices described in our Privacy Policy Statement. |
